2011:

• Certified Green Contractor  Miller , Miller & McLachlan Construction, Inc. was named a Certified Green Contractor by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).  ABC's Green Contractor Certification program recognizes construction companies that implement green practices and principles in the workplace, including headquarters, branch offices and jobsite office complexes.  Miller, Miller & McLachlan is the first and only contractor in the Lehigh and Northampton County area and one of only 34 in the United States and 4 in Pennsylvania to receive this certification.

 2010:

• Excellence in Construction Award for the Cedar Crest College - Tomkins College Center 2nd floor Servery Renovation Project in the Institutional Under $2 million dollar Category received from the Eastern PA ABC.

2009:

• Excellence in Construction Award for the Lafayette College -  Scott Hall Project in the Restoration / Renovation of a Historical Building Category received from the Eastern PA ABC.

 2007:

• General Contractor / Construction Manager of the Year.  We are extremely proud to have received this prestigious annual award the first two years it was offered from our peers at the Eastern Pennsylvania Associated Builders & Contractors.
• Excellence in Construction Award for the Cedar Crest College - 2901 Professional Building Project in the Under $2 million dollar Health Care Project Category received from the Eastern PA ABC.

2006:

•  General Contractor / Construction Manager of the Year. We are extremely proud to be the first recipient of the prestigious annual award from our peers at the Eastern Pennsylvania Associated Builders & Contractors.
• Excellence in Construction Award for the Emrick Technology Center Project in the Over $2 million dollar Institutional Project Category received from the Eastern PA ABC.

2005:

• Excellence in Construction Award for the St. Peter’s Church Addition and Renovation Project in the Under $2 million dollar Institutional Project Category received from the Eastern PA ABC.
• Excellence in Construction Award for the Blocker Enterprises Project in the Under $2 million dollar Commercial Project Category received from the Eastern PA ABC.

• General Contractor of the Year. We were selected from all the General Contractors in Eastern Pennsylvania to receive this award from the American Subcontractors Association.

2002:

• Construction Manager of the Year - Finalist from the American Subcontractors Association.
• Excellence in Construction Award for the Kirby House Renovation in the Restoration & Renovation Project Category received from the Eastern PA ABC.

2001:

• Construction Manager of the Year - Finalist from the American Subcontractors Association.
• Excellence in Construction Award for the South College Residence Hall Renovation Project in the Restoration & Renovation Project Category received from the Eastern PA ABC.
• National Excellence in Construction Certificate of Commendation for the South College Residence Hall Renovation Project from the Associated Builders & Contractors.

2000:

• Construction Manager of the Year. We were selected from all the Construction Managers in Eastern Pennsylvania to receive this award from the American Subcontractors Association.
• Excellence in Construction Award for the Bennigan’s Grille & Tavern Project in the Under $2 million dollar Commercial Project Category received from the Eastern PA ABC.

1999:

• Construction Manager of the Year. We were selected from all the Construction Managers in Eastern Pennsylvania to receive this award from the American Subcontractors Association.
• Project Superintendent of the Year. Scott McLachlan was selected from all the Project Superintendents in Eastern Pennsylvania to receive this award from the American Subcontractors Association.
• Platinum STEP Award. Miller, Miller & McLachlan has been nationally recognized by the Associated Builders and Contractors for our achievement in the development of our safety program and our ongoing effort in the implementation of a safe workplace.

1998:

• General Contractor of the Year. We were selected from all the General Contractors in Eastern Pennsylvania to receive this award from the American Subcontractors Association.
• Excellence in Construction Award for the Moravian Academy Walter Hall Auditorium Project in the Under $2 million dollar Intuitional Project Category received from the Eastern PA ABC.

Accredited Quality Contractor. Miller, Miller & McLachlan Construction, Inc. has been nationally recognized annually by the Associated Builders and Contractors for our commitment to safety, training, employee benefits and community relations. Miller, Miller & McLachlan Construction was the first General Contractor in the Lehigh - Northampton County area to receive this award and has received the award annually since 1993. Only 450 of the 23,000 ABC Members nationwide have achieved this award.

Gold STEP Award. Miller, Miller & McLachlan has been nationally recognized by the Associated Builders and Contractors for our achievement in the development of our safety program and our ongoing effort in the implementation of a safe workplace. We have received this award annually since 1993.
